Richmond City Youth Council

Welcome to Richmond City Youth Council! RCYC is a great leadership, volunteer, community involvement opportunity that will help you get a jump start on governmental process and looks great on a resume. You will learn leadership skills, Parliamentary Procedure, how to work with a group, and how to plan, organize and carryout community events. This will also open the doors to amazing opportunities like Boys and Girls State, Legislator's Day, Youth Council Conventions and other exciting events.

Christmas Decoration Set-Up, November 23 @ 8:00 am, city park.

Opening Social/Leadership Elections, November 23 @ 6:00 pm, Park Community Center. Pizza, Planning and Party!
