The Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of making adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
