The Richmond City Council adopted the Trails Master Plan on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

White Pine Park
The City's newest park is the White Pine Park located on the northeast corner of 300 North 300 East.
This project was paid for with RAPZ Tax Funding.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Thursday, September 15, 2022.
We are excited for this new park and hope all of the residents will take time to enjoy it.
